Refund Policy

Returns

We only offer returns and exchanges on damaged or defective items. Any damage on arrival should be
reported within 24 hours, along with photographs to help us investigate the matter with our delivery
partners.
Here are our terms for returns & exchanges:

  • Damaged products must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • All products must be in their original condition without opening the packaging.
  • The original packaging of the product must be intact, and no further damage may have
    been done to either the product or its packaging.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved and the product is received by us, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5-7 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again before contacting us.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customercare@naisseskincare.com.

Shipping

For returns, the contents of the package must be packed in their original condition in their original packaging. We cannot accept products with important elements missing for return or exchange.
– The package must be sealed appropriately to ensure the safety of the product while in transit.
– We will e-mail you an address label for the return of the item. This label must be affixed securely on the package.
– We will not be responsible if a product is lost or damaged in transit due to inappropriate packaging
– Replacements are subject to the availability of stock. In case replacement is not possible, we will refund the full amount
– You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
– It is advisable to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
